Dr. Kimball and staff, I want to thank you for taking such good care of my wife and treating us like people, not just patients.
On October 1st I went to the ER with uncontrollable back pain and numbness in my toes. Based on my symptoms, x-ray results, and MRI results Dr. Kimball had me admitted to the hospital and scheduled for urgent surgery the following morning. Even though I’m just a little over two weeks post-surgery I can already tell a huge difference in how my back feels. I no longer have any of the mysterious symptoms I had prior to surgery. This is sadly the first time I have had to leave a doctors office with out even being seen because the business practices of the office are so cintrarly to customer care. They made it very clearthat patients are expendible commodities, as someone else will surely get a brain tumor soon and need them. They do not answer their phone, their staff connot seem to understand logic and they have clearly been trained that customer service is of no consequence. The first and only time I've ever walked out of a doctor's office. I was left in the exam room for over an hour with no update or mention from anyone on how long Dr. Kimball was going to be. My schedule prevented me from continuing to wait. Dr. Kimball clearly does not value a patient's time as much as his own!
Dr Brent Young Kimball (neurology) is very intelligent, considerate, caring and a truly gifted surgeon! Dr K is really a genius! The full replacement at C4 & C5 was a PERFECT fit, alleviating all shoulder, arm, and finger pain almost immediately! The change is (already) amazing!
