ridiculous Customer service
Dr. Robinson fixed my lower back with a result of zero pain! He gave me by active life back!!!
I had Dr. Serak and he is the best surgeon I've had. He was caring and I walked out of the hospital in almost no pain. I did'nt need pain medications and he fused my neck at C3- C6. I would recommend him to everyone!!
Had appointment with Dr. Mian! Very professional and friendly and I was well pleased with the consultation.

This is in regard to my initial appointment at Carepoint with Sean McGee, PA-C (his scribe, Mason, was also present). Dr. McGee was polite, it was obvious the lengthy forms I completed beforehand were reviewed, he asked many questions and heard my responses. Of great import, Dr. McGee provided concise next-steps and my next appointments are already scheduled. My surgeon, Dr. Robinson, was fantastic, and the operation he performed has given me back my life, 98% pain free! I cannot say enough good things about him and his PA, Cole. Cole is quite knowledgeable and thorough. His explanations are detailed and easy to comprehend, and he is always willing to answer any questions I may have. In addition, he is a very personable and caring young man, and it has been a pleasure to be his patient. I would recommend Dr. Robinson and his entire staff.
