From the moment I entered, I was treated like a rock star (Tina). Everyone was so attentive and gentle. I had the prettiest nurses with beautiful names (Rhiannon, Ebony, Makayla, Christine) if I miss spelled your name or forgot to add, please forgive. OT/PT even food service. I am so glad that I selected this hospital and Dr. Higgins to perform the operation. Margo helped ease my nervousness as I had bilateral hip replacement.
Warning: Don't expect to be told when your family member is out of surgery. It *sometimes* does not happen. I was not told, and when I asked at the desk they seemed surprised that I did not know that he had been out of surgery for an hour already. It was another hour before I got any information from the nurse. Whatever you do, DO NOT COMPLAIN about anything, even if you are correct, and you are concerned, there are consequences. If you complain you will be invited to never come back there again by "the manager." He will let... read more
Had surgery today, everyone there was as nice as you could ever imagine. Extremely clean, professional staff. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
Broke my ankle back in March 2018. Did the surgery the following day. I was back running again in August 2018. They took the remaining hardware out yesterday. Great people. I highly recommend that team.
The staff here are very caring, patient, thorough, and informative.
