The Benchmark Community in the North Andover including Amy, Julie and the rest of the staff and nurses have been very helpful and supportive in welcoming us into this community. My dad moved into his apartment and has been there for a few weeks and has actually been engaging in some of the activities!! We couldn’t be happier with the people that helped make this a successful move and we couldn’t have done it without Deidre!! Thank you for your service!!!

I would recommend this service to everyone I meet that needs it! Deirdre was amazing to work with and really cared about us. My mom had 1 week to find an assisted living before her insurance ended on Christmas Day! We knew nothing about where to start to look so I reached out to Deirdre and she took care of setting up all the necessary appointments and made sure both the facility and ourselves completed all necessary steps to get her in quickly. Worked with Lori to find a respite facility for my husband while we converted our home for accessibility. She is AMAZING! She was frank about the places available - didn't gloss over any negatives, but obviously showed the positives, too. It was helpful to have someone who knew the questions to ask to determine the best and most appropriate care for him. Truly a HUGE help when navigating such unfamiliar waters!
