Horrible place. No matter what time of day, they’ll tell you the wait is an hour. At 3+ hours they’ll put you in a room where they’ll leave you for at least an hour. The nurses aren’t very educated and don’t know basic medications or conditions. They forgot to put a life threatening medication allergy in my chart and the doctor almost prescribed it to me. yes I do! I drive all the way from Bruceton TN to get my kids seen. Staff is awesome and they know how to make you and your family feel welcomed. They really care about their patients.
A few weeks ago I was experiencing off the chart pain in my neck, shoulder and arm. I took my 2.5 year old son in with flu symptoms and had an excellent experience. The staff and medical professionals had a great bedside manner, and they addressed my son’s illness with care and speed. 10 out of 10.
