Went in for my yearly sinus infection visit to urgent care. Impersonal, barely even looked at my nose and throat, clearly didn’t read my chart and my trend has been the same year over year. Asked me if I had a netti pot then basically told me to keep taking my over the counter meds. Unbelievable. Went to St. Thomas the next day, they fixed me up.

Quick and easy employer test. Great employees.
The staff and physicians were more than accommodating. All patients were asked to wear face mask at check in. I love that no one was sharing germs. I had a very short wait and the doctor was so kind and caring. They brought me a small Heater and even offered me a cup of tea. What doctors office does that! I highly recommend them but hope you never need them.
Dr. Clarissa Arthur was very kind and accommodating. She spent plenty of time with me and did not make me feel as if she was rushed. Front desk staff and nurse were friendly as well.
I’m was a visitor in Nashville and developed an infection. Dr. Arthur and staff were fantastic. Thank you!
Polite Receptionist Michele, staff were great. Minimum time in and out with a resolution to my problem. Picked up my meds on my way home , excellent service. Thank you Cara now.
