The denial hygienist that attended my child is the best: Professional, kind and skilled!
Dr Frank and her staff never cease to amaze me. They have such a professional and kind of going about their perspective duties, and always make my experience amazing. I have always had a huge a fear of all things dental; not any longer after seeing Dr Frank and co for the past few years.
Very detailed on what they were doing and asked multiple times if I had any questions. They cared about my well being.
I had a good experience except for the length of time I waited in the waiting room. It took about 45 minutes for my daughter to be seen.

Saturdays are the most popular day; and being a new patient can also add additional time due to paperwork and the gathering the baseline data. Great news is as a returning patient, appointment lengths will not be as long since we will have all the information we need! Ashley did a great job. I explained that as of that morning I was in a hurry, she got me through as quickly as possible. I forgot my bite plate I brought in for cleaning and she dropped it by the house on her way home. That was truly above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it. Thanks, Ashley!!
