Angela was honest about what I needed, she listened to my concerns, and we came up with a plan to help me achieve my teeth goals ;). The office was clean, everyone was polite and they were all great listeners! I love the fact that she offers appointments starting at 7 a.m and the reminders through text/email are certainly helpful. I was hestitant to branch out to someone new, I'm so happy I did.
Thank you again for yet another awesome visit! Dr. Frank and her staff are by far the friendliest and most professional staff I have ever encountered in a Dental practice. You will truly feel welcome and enjoy the honest and highly experienced professional at Southlake Family Dental. As usual, the care given was excellent.
I have been using this practice for my family of five for many, many years and the service is always excellent. Everyone at this location are very friendly and give you excellent service. I just went in for a visit to replace an old crown that cracked and they were able to get me in right away and help me out that same day. I would recommend them for all ages.
Dr Frank makes you feel comfortable with her knowledge and manner. There is never a feeling of doubt or do I need a second opinion. She is on her game as well as all of the Professionals working with her, The office staff is great, 5 star.
Like most people I do not enjoy going to the dentist, even to get a cleaning. However, Southlake Family Dental takes the pain out of it. They are friendly and helpful when setting up the appointment. They give you reminders about your upcoming appointments. And the visit it itself is very smooth and quick. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.
As always Dr. Frank and her staff are very friendly and caring. They are an amazing office.
Everyone here is always so aware of me and makes sure that they can take as much anxiety out of the process as possible. This is the only place I plan to ever go!
