Some of them are missing the “care” in healthcare. Summary of my review: I had to ask for and wait a long time to receive pain medication after a painful incision and drainage procedure, some of the staff did not care, and I had to keep advocating for myself. This experience left me feeling bad and sad overall and I will not be back here. Details: The doctor was caring during the procedure because it was painful- which I expected - and I was crying.
