Never have the paperwork for my appointment I always have to call and find out the email address it was sent to then call that person and then they have to get the paperwork ready always an extra half hour waiting time
I was in and out for a urinalysis in about 40 minutes. Staff were very professional. I did arive relatively early in the am before the lobby filled up.
This urgent care is very efficient, I've had very good experiences going here. Veronica was super helpful, and very pleasant!
I visited for the first time this week for a suspected fracture. The staff was super helpful, and Robert was very attentive and answered all my questions. We were able to quickly get an X-ray and identify the issue, and I was recommended an orthopedic whom I visited and was also happy with the service.
I cannot say enough good things about this Urgent Care. Hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had in medical care. Both myself and my baby son needed treatment within the same week and the empathy, efficiency, kindness were consistent. From Dydi at the front desk, Dr. Robert, and Kya in the back office...they were informative and made me laugh!
