I did an on line check in on 11/10 (morning) for “after 4” time slot. I never got a call to come in. I tried to call several times from 5 to 530. Never reached anyone or heard from anyone. I did, however, get this survey. I responded to the survey text, as to not having been seen...someone tried to call me once & then text & said to call. I did..730 last Eve...again, continuous recording jail. I realize times are busy, but you can’t even get someone to answer the phone. Ridiculous.

Highly recommended.. Very clean, following guidelines..very friendly warm and experienced staff. Was a breath of fresh air after trying answering services and talking to standoffish staff giving appointments in October. Speak of care. At Urgent care I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. No appointment needed. Plus any referrals their scheduling helps you with. This was my first time I went to a Urgent Care. That will be my 1st choice now on.These guys have a kind caring hand on someone sick that’s what I loved. Unlike so... read more
