I am from MD- While visiting a friend in the Lee’s Summit area, I lacerated my finger when washing a knife. The entire team was very professional and friendly. From the ladies at the reception desk to the MA (Sara) and the NP (Vicki), I was treated well! I highly recommend them!

This establishment refuses to see Active Duty Military Members. Went today due to a back injury and told me they would not treat me, yet I had previously been a patient there. I verified with my insurance that I could go there, as I am Tricare Prime Remote. They were baffled by their explanation. If this is the only option you have, I recommend you just go to an ER as you are only a dollar figure to them at not a patient!!!!
Took two hours to be seen by the doctor. Then doctor couldn’t access notes from another CareNow on a work comp.
