RecommendedI saw Dr Knight and I went in to get a Covid test so I can travel to st croix! He was amazingly through! Was concerned about my blood pressure cause I have been so busy I didn’t take my meds before I went to the visit! Just a wonderful physician I wish he was my primary!!! The young lady at the desk was also awesome and his nurse!! Care I have not received in such a long time!

Was told there would be no charge for my COVID test-due to being referred by my physician and the state mandate enacted in Missouri in 7/13/2020. The front counter person I spoke with acknowledged this and said that was correct. I received a bill for $155 after my insurance paid $87. I called today and the lady I spoke with stated that because I had insurance at the time I was not eligible for the $0 charge testing. “Jack”, the front desk person, needs to be removed from any dealings with customer contact. He is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I watched him argue with a poor mom because she wouldn’t pinch the nose part of her mask to his liking. (She had it over her nose correctly). He repeatedly told me “this is an urgent care, not a right now care. Very friendly, patient personnel
I went in for a COVID test, great job by the nurse, very kind and very efficient. It was a long wait before actually getting to go back, but I was a walk in. I think there was only the one Doctor there today. She was nice and I really have no complaints.
I was a walk in so of course I had a longer wait due to them having to fit me in where they could. One hour late... I was called and to my surprise it was in and out! Blood test, urine test, eye test and physical all in a matter of 15 - 20 min. They were very apologetic for my wait and I was cool with it because again I did just walk in. So maybe if you can call ahead of time and schedule an appt and you’ll be seen a lot sooner. I know because people were seen as soon as they came through the door for their appt. 😊
The nurses are super sweet
Staff was very friendly. Didn’t have to wait that long. Resolve my issue and sent me on my way.
