I went today with a pain in my left side. Dr. Cowden was so nice & asked "I would suggest blood work - is that ok?" which I thought was so respectful. I'm a hard stick w/ tiny veins but Nurse Brandon got it before I hardly knew it all while Nurse Patricia was holding my hand. They were all very caring & sweet. It was very clean & they even gave me a bottle of water. I would recommend them to anyone!
The front desk and nurses have always been very kind, but the doctor is almost never helpful, especially today. I only come back to this location because it's down the road from my work and I don't want to fill out new patient info. The doctor hardly asked any questions about why I was there and was more concerned about my smoking/drinking habits than the reason I actually came to see him. Very convenient online check in, by 8 am, i got a call to come in. I get there and had about 5 minute wait and was called back. Diagnosed with the flu shortly after being seen and couldn't say thank you enough. Got my meds and already feeling somewhat better.
I’m a single mom of 4 and had just picked up my babies from after school care and realized my oldest didn’t feel well and had a slight fever. Flu is rampant right now so I took her right away, we got there 10 minutes before closing and they took us in with zero complaint or frustration. Already a relief for me to not feel like they care enough to make us feel welcome. We were there for 30 minutes. Brought my kids waters and suckers to keep them occupied. Amazing staff!
