Excellent service. Customer service on in/take was busy but very efficient. Wait was minimal compared to ER. Left with 7 stitches.Male tech was courteous. Nurse was kind and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure if I even needed stitches and they didn’t make me feel stupid. Female Dr was sweet and gentle. Back in 2 days for follow up. Back in 10 days due to healing concerns caused by me. Dr referred me to specialist. Staff took care of referral documents and appt . Saw specialist the following day. I would definitely go again!
Very friendly staff, short wait time, and has called me twice since my visit to check up on me and give me my results! Very pleased
My daughter came for a physical for work and a sinus infection. I came in for stitches. We have been to other clinics in Lebanon that have treated us terribly! We are thankful for the amazing and caring people here!!
I visited CareNow back in November and was very impressed with the doctor and staff. Dr. Michell asked good questions and seemed to actually care about me as a patient. Kudos to CareNow-Urgent Care in Lebanon.

I called CareNow in the morning after being told that my primary Doctor was over booked. everyone from the front desk to the nurse and Dr Cowden were Awesome. after I got there and did a little bit of paper work I was in the back within 4 mins and out of there within 1 hr. on a scale of 1 - 10 I would give them a 9.
Clean, organized clinic. Professional and courteous staff. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
