RecommendedI went in over a week ago to get a COVID test done. I downloaded the Quest app to get my results but someone from the Lake Mary office was going to call me with my results. I've tried 4xs now today alone to call their office and a gentleman answers the phones, asked to place me on hold and as soon as I say anything, he already placed me on hold. I waited 4 mins and 23 secs the 1st call, 27 mins and 51 secs the 2nd call, 15 mins and 51 secs my 3rd call and 5 mins my 4th call. A total of 53 mins and some change on hold to just... read more

Poor customer service after mistake in submitting to my insurance. No help in getting detailed receipt for FSA plus claim is delayed due to putting wrong membership number. Even had to have Cigna call them. Cigna also baffled why they cannot fax the info to expedite the claim. This affects my deductible, my fsa reimbursement and no apologies given or any effort to expedite. The receptionist, nurse and Dr. were all very kind and professional They expedited the process I was pleased with my treatment and very glad to get relief in the form of medications.
My deductible for the year hasn’t been met so they allowed me to get checked out for the small amount of money I had. I had a cyst that they cut out and then packed. I have to return on Sunday but have To pay another fee of 170 to be seen. I was told it was a curtesy to be seen. I was also told by the manager I believe named marlin that this wasn’t the health department. He also asked me if I expected to be seen for free?
