Everyone was pleasant & helpful. No big wait time ( On a Sunday I was the only one in there, I think)
Fast and easy check in. Sara checked vitals efficiently. Dr Reddy was in quickly and took time to listen to my concerns and offer great suggestions. I highly recommend if your looking for quality care and quality staff. I'll continue to come here.
I was visiting my sister and got sick. She referred me to CareNow and said they were the best place to go to. I was worried since I am from out of town. However, the staff treated me so well I think I have found a Dr. away from home. Dr. Smyers was so kind, professional, and excellent! Mariam and Caryn were so welcoming and kind. Dr. Santosh Reddy has seen me twice and each time been very professional, spent all the time I needed, answered all questions and just a caring Dr. All the staff, Nurse Sara Alejandro, Jasmine Green NCT and patient reps
Both Dr. Teddy & Dr. Smyers have incredible bedside manner. They take time to talk to you in a way that is understandable & calming. The MA’s (Sara, Mercades and Tiera) are incredibly sweet, caring ladies who make sure you are comfortable & taken care of quickly. And the Rep’s up front (Rameen & Morgan) greet you with a smile & make sure you understand everything before you even get in (always under 10 minutes for me). Dr. Smyers was wonderful and explained everything that was going on with my boyfriend James. He was patient and answered all the questions we asked. the staff Sara, Jasmine and Rameen we awesome. I will recommend this place to my family.
