Great personnel great doctors fast service
The online check in process meant it only took about two mins when I arrived. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. Dr. Birnbaum was very thorough in his care and called me at home a week after my appointment to make sure I was doing ok. I’ve never had this kind of experience with an urgent care clinic. I will be using them again if needed.

CareNow was great! Quick and efficient. But a neighboring business (I don’t know which one) threatened to call police on the long line of people waiting for COVID 19 tests. Disgusting. I won’t use that strip center for anything other than CareNow.
I recommend Care Now for easy and quick testing such as the Covid test especially at this crucial time of our lives! The staffs are all wonderful!
They are amazing. They are always very helpful and the place is super clean. They listen to your concerns and answer every question you have. Love love love this place..
I had a good experience the first couple times I went there. These last two, not so much. They forgot about me in the room my last 2 visits which resulted in me waiting in the room over an hour! I had filled out forms online to speed up the process, which was useless. They were not busy at these times either. Not pleasant for someone who doesn’t feel well. Poor excuses as to why also. Unfortunate. I’ll have to try a different location
