Wait times on a Friday during a pandemic are long. I get that. my 2 year old son, who is tired does not. After what has been about 4 hours for us, he is most definitely crying and yelling more than normal. But walking through the lobby and hearing the nurse in the purple scrubs call my son a brat before she realized I was there was completely unacceptable. Maybe keep your opinions out of earshot of customers as there were others in the waiting room too.

Wonderful experience. Everyone so pleasant & helpful. Dr. Cirini was great. Was feeling better by next day. Office was immaculate. Registration process was very easy & efficient. Would highly recommend.

Not enough superlatives to do justice here. A very well run practice with friendly, caring staff at every level. Listened carefully to all my concerns and then did a thorough and complete exam based on my symptoms. Never felt rushed for even an instant, and for my fellow veterans, Dr Cerini said “so I don’t forget later, let me thank you for your service now”. I’d feel totally comfortable sending my friends and family there, in fact I would not let them go anywhere else.
Awesome staff. Friendly,caring and the Dr.was great.I am so thankful for him .I went in for a sore in my mouth and told him my symptoms and he saw more into it .I now am in observation at ER and they found a heart problem I didnt know I had.Thank you CareNow Urgent Care.
