removing my review is shady. ms buss message to me is in my spam folder and I can see even since she blocked me after using my chart info to find me and harass me that she changed her name and picture. deleting reviews this serious in nature is absolutely appalling. she stalked me and sent the message. if she doesnt like the screenshot and details of her poor care or if you dont perhaps you should institute a policy. your front desk coordinator seemed to know there was one.

RecommendedI was pleased with the time and care given to my concerns. Two different staff members spent much time checking out my condition, listening to my complaints and offering me information related to the situation. Icing on the cake was the phone call I received the next day checking on my condition!
