Went there for what appeared to be poison oak. The doctor never examined me, she just took my word for it. She asked me what they had prescribed for it before and I told her Prednesone. So she gave me a shot of that along with a prescription for it....but again she never examined me. So here I am....one week later......the visit to this place cost me $177 and another $15 for the drugs.....and I've taken all the pills.....AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I took my daughter in for a suspected ear infection. ALL of the staff were very kind and professional! The facility was spotless and very nice. Indeed it was in ear infection and the pharmacy text me and had her prescription ready before we pulled out of the parking lot! They even offered her ibuprofen before we left for her pain! Patient safety and comfort are definitely their goal! Highly recommended and we will return if necessary!!
Mr. Marx was awesome! The staff and nurses were caring, professional, courteous. Took very sick teenager into CareNow at the Winter Springs Towne Center -- It was an allergic reaction to medication (prescribed by another doctor). They kept us there until my son was stable and feeling better. They provided specific and easy to understand follow-up care. I totally recommend this CareNow.
AVOID CARENOW until they get their wrongful billing problems resolved! I just spent over 3 hrs back and forth on the phone trying to get a simple billing error resolved. Physician's Urgent Care has been bought out by CareNow who has just been bought by HCA. What a mess! I have been receiving bills for hundreds of dollars for an Outpatient visit back in April, which was supposed to be covered by my Blue Cross co-pay. I was pleasantly surprised visiting this urgent care. Not one complaint. Wait times have been reasonable. Expertise of the staff and pleasant attitudes make a visit a good experience and this was my 3rd. So I have seen Dr. Nguyen all 3 times, I find him serious about treating you as a priority he does has a good personality and sense of humor. Nurse Araceli is absolutely the best!!! Happiness that rubs off on people. !!! She is well trained and it shows.
Had to go for a occupational injury. I was told I couldn't web check-in but they would call me when they were ready. Their definition of "ready" is vastly different from mine. After they called, it still took an hour and a half to be seen and this is with only three other people in the lobby. If possible, you would be wise to try anywhere else. Staff is ok but they definitely make sure you feel like this is the fast food equivalent of medicine.
Long wait. Did not explain much of anything. No gloves or swabs in exam rooms. Will be going elsewhere next time.
Bad business ethics.. made us wait an hour and charged $170 just to tell that they are not licensed to treat issues related to pregnancy... if you cant treat then wtf do you charged for??? and people are so rude
