Signed in at 10:30 am with my sick child and still have yet to be seen 3 hours later. Not only is my child in pain, but now she is tired and hungry from having to wait so long. This was our second visit here and it will be our last after today's wait.

I had my first visit today I was very impressed all the staff were pleasant & polite...
What a wonderful place to go when you need to be cared for ASAP. Tawana greeted us, lead us through the paperwork, and ended the visit becoming buds with my daughter via some special goodies. Clarissa and Dr. Long both took such good care of my daughter, and got her taken care of quickly when she was not feeling the best. Thanks for providing such amazing and prompt care, and making our visit memorable in a good way!
