Dr. Cook is a joke zero bedside manors. Didn't listen to a wordy wife had to say. If he doesnt listen to nurses I'd hate to know if he listens to Joe blow off the street. Hoping she doesn't end up worse offf.
Super responsive - including follow up. They exceeded my expectations to the point that I'm starting to think that PCP just sucks.
Had to go for some blood work last week. some of the tests werent good results so had to go back and repeat yesterday. they didnt make me wait. took me back to lab. i had blood drawn and results within 20 mins. Thank you Dr Hempstead!
made an apointment for my shoulder hurting but instead the guy who call me said our x-rays wont help you and we dont give out pain killers. who said i want pain killers, I never take them.I only take ibuprofen no matter how much pain I have� sad for them to judge you this way I just need to know why its hurting and how to fix it�
The staff there is very nice and great. But on the other portion of this I was kind of bothered on how they let me walk through the clinic constantly when they already knew that I had injured my ankle not knowing if it was broke fractured or just sprained. But I am very great-full for the X-ray tech who was the only one actually cared enough and got me a wheel chair until I was fully diagnosed.
This is the second and last time I will ever go to Carenow. They have given me medication that either did not work, or after doing research, was way to strong for what was wrong with me. I had terrible side effects because the drug is not meant for such a normal infection. Do not recommend ANY Carenows, as I have been to two different ones now.
