RecommendedSunday 12/23/18 right before holiday festivities, was not feeling well and knew I needed to see a doctor. With it being Sunday I called CareNow to see a doctor, such convenience. CareNow suggested I stay home and they would call when I could be seen allowing enough travel time to arrive for my apt. Once arriving got into to see a PA immediately was treated and I was better by Christmas Eve!!! Thank you CareNow fossil Creek !!! Great staff !
1 star, Waited 4 hours to pay this place a $100 Co-pay for nothing more than a few questions and steroid shot, the doctor acted surprised when I told him my URI symptoms just started acting up today. I told him I just needed to treat the symptoms with a steroid shot and codeine/Tylenol cough cough syrup instead of loading up on over the counter crap and he acted like I was a fiend trying to get drugs since I was straight up with him and told me the cough medicine would interfere with my sleeping medicine (which I’m not takin... read more
Great staff was a very pleasant experience. The doctor was very easy to talk to and very personable. I will go back.
After I did online check in, told it was a 2 Hours wait. Finally saw a NP 4 Hours later!!! Never again!!! 😩😡
My son broke his arm at work. Took him to care now on basswood and after sitting there for over an hour and complaining my son is in pain and has cuts and dirt from 400 lbs of rebar(sp?) they said well the dr. Is getting off so he will not take on more patients. I confronted the Dr. he basically was like sorry he will have to wait or y’all can go elsewhere. Unbelievable!
