This place is a freaking joke! Both of those so called old ass female drs are incompetent and rule as fuck!
It was a wonderful experience!! All of the staff was very helpful and informative. I had never been to a CareNow facility but my PCP couldn't see me for 3 days and I couldn't wait !! Minimal wait in the lobby, the doctor listened to me, moved me closer for observation ( wasn't left in a room and forgotten!!). I will definitely be a returning patient when needed !! Thank you and happy Thanksgiving to everyone at Eastchase CareNow !

The few times I've had to use CareNow, this location has consistently offered quality and quick care. I've had to take my son twice and each time the nurse and the Dr were great at interacting with my son.
Spent too much time waiting for a 15 minute child's physical for school. Now I'm in the patient rooms and still waiting on the PA.
I have never experienced such poor customer service over the phone. I called with a simple question about getting a physical for work and spoke with two different people who were extremely rude and would not even allow me to ask my question without interrupting me. They had no one there to keep them accountable either, or at least that's what they claimed.
