I used web check-in. Waited 2.5 hrs then called to com in. Waited over 2.5 hours in that exam room. I mean, what's the point of web check in. This place is the worst at customer service. Go somewhere else if you place any value whatsoever on your time. if you own care now stock, sell it NOW.

did web check in wait wait and wait more no phone calls from care now. Finally just went in for upper respiratory infection payed way more than I would for same treatment from my primary care physician. They told me I must come back next day. once again web check in they called in 10 min and asked bunch of questions they had the answers to from yesterday. Checked in online at 6 o’clock-ish. Online confirmation said someone would call within 20 min to tell me how long the wait would be. I called 40 min later since no one called. They said it would be hour and a half to 2 hrs. 15 minutes later they called and told us to come in. Arrived around 7:30. Placed in the room around 8:30. Doctor didn’t show up until 9:45. Finally left at 10:10 with a Rx and told to come back in 5 days. Not one person kept us informed! I think I’ll take these next 5 days to find a different place to get... read more
What's the purpose of wed checking and you wait 1 hour at home coming in, wait 45 minutes in the lobby and in wait 1 hours in the room to see a doctor, total fail. Care Now you got do better. Check in at 2:47 and still waiting to see the doctor at 4:46.
