The doctor is ok but the lady there that is checking the payment is so RUDE! She pull my daughter hard when she was doing the x-rays to her.I was really mad with this situation.My daughter is autistic.She need to learn how to treat people!

The staff is really great, but they seem very understaffed often. Which makes the wait take hours before seeing the 1 doctor thats there.
l went there Thursday the 18th for a spider or bug bite. was told it's a spider gave me antibiotics and pain meds. went back on Sunday the 21 was told he could not help me. was sent to ER. was admitted to the hospital because it was septic. feel like the didnt care.
it took over an hour for a doctor to come into a room to see me. I was diagnosed with a cough when I told her several times I didn't have have one and had not been coughing. she didn't know why I was sick I was negative for flue but given tamiflu anyway....... I wish I would had spent the extra 50 dollars and went to the ER.. the nurses where friendly tho.
We used Denton Regional Urgent care for years. It was excellent. We miss them greatly. Care Now has been horrible. We have been here several times since they have opened and every time gets worse. They allow web check in and call when they are "ready". The thing is, once you show up they stick you in a room for hours. We waited in a room for 2 hours with my son when he hit his finger and have been waiting for over an hour for my daughter (yes, I am doing this from the room I am locked in). Wait time is way too long. Under staffed they were nice but only one PA. Spent 3 and a half hours there. The Razor Ranch location previously under Denton Regional was excellent. Not sure that the Medical City CareNow can deliver.
