I went to Care Now for a sinus infection. I would not have been prescribed an antibiotic without a rapid Covid test. (Fine, I get that we are in a pandemic, but I have not been exposed that I am aware of, and hopefully by now everyone realizes a negative result rapid test is not super helpful, anyway. Also, I have to pay for a rapid test, unlike a PCR which is covered by insurance at 100%). I get prescribed an antibiotic and codeine tablet for cough. Got a KRICK in my neck 3 weeks ago , escalated to SEVERE PAIN , finally , after going to the massage ENVY , the Joint Chiropractor and buying a new BED ... doing NO GOOD AT ALL , CARE NOW gave some medicine that has helped tremendously !!! Thanks to the GREAT STAFF AND DOCTOR I AM FEELING BETTER NOW

Busy but accommodating to my urgent needs. Good followup to coordinate my arrival. Quick and appropriate diagnosis and recommendation to proceed to ICU at Denton Presbyterian and advised them of my pending arrival. Presbyterian was an Excellent Recommendation and solved my immediate issues!
