Oh my goodness, I can't express how much I appreciated the staff at this CareNow center. I have been to others in our city and by far...this one is amazing. I have poison ivy really bad and went last night which was a Saturday evening. The front desk lady was so sweet and kind and then that followed by the nurse that took me back and then the PRN's offered compassion and then which surprised us, was they offered water and snacks. Amazing experience with the kiddos’ flu shots. So welcoming from the moment we stepped in the door. From reception to administration of the shot this team is top notch! We were having trouble getting into our pediatrician’s flu clinic and when I learned we can get them here with ZERO wait time all my worries were gone! The children were treated like royalty with sweet distractions and love! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Arrived at 815 am to take a drug screening. Was told they weren’t taking patients until 845, they suggested I drive 20 more min north to their other location. Thanks guys
Terrible place to go if you need urgent care!! The Physicians Assistants or “Lorie Bradford”-nurse practitioner no MD won’t listen to you and your needs. They quickly push a medication on you that causes side effects contrary to why your there in the first place. Save your money and time!! Definitely going to the BBB about this!
Appreciated the great care we received especially on a Saturday night and on the way home from vacation. Danielle at the front was super compassionate, attentive and caring! Made my daughter feel very comfortable. The Dr. was very thorough. Would definitely recommend!
I came in with a wasp sting and received excellent care by Lori Brackett ARNP and her staff. Very competent and efficient staff!! Just moved here from Florida and feel relieved that I found a great Urgent care facility doe my husband and I. Thanks again!!!
