RecommendedI was so impressed with the staff! Everyone was very helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with! I am very pleased with my visit. The doctor had already given me my prescription before I was done filling out the paperwork! I was in and out in no time at all. I suggest everyone should make this their top choice for urgent care! All the staff are courteous and friendly. The doctors are professional and have helped me numerous times at this location.
Check in on line is super quick and easy! Wait was not bad at all. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Chrystal had me feeling better with in a day 👍🏻😊
Front office staff was very kind and helpful..."Z" was kind too!...Crystal Taylor diagnosed me immediately and has a great bedside manner...I'm still suffering with my shingles, but I thank them all for their help...
Went to this urgent care a few days ago with an ear infection. Did a web check-in, called to follow-up and was told to arrive at 12:45 PM. Arrived at that time and was taken very quickly. Others in the waiting room were still waiting when I left. Chrystal saw me quickly and was thorough in her examination. This is my second visit to this urgent care. I will go back if needed.
They don’t honor their refunds and horrible customer service in billing department
I love Crystal C. Taylor she takes such good care of me,listens to my concerns!! When I go in and she’s there I feel like I struck gold!! She’s the best!!!
