RecommendedI saw Dr Knight and I went in to get a Covid test so I can travel to st croix! He was amazingly through! Was concerned about my blood pressure cause I have been so busy I didn’t take my meds before I went to the visit! Just a wonderful physician I wish he was my primary!!! The young lady at the desk was also awesome and his nurse!! Care I have not received in such a long time!
Today 1/28/2021 was the second time I’ve visited this office. First time I walked out before the visit because of a billing practice I was suspicious of. It’s been a while so I thought it may be a different experience. I scheduled online a Covid 19 test. No where online that I could find did it state there would be a co-pay. Awful customer service! The front desk never answers their phone. If you need hardcopies of your test results, you need to go there in person, even if you are highly contagious or deathly ill, because they claim “they cannot email it to you even if you are the patient”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

They put me on hold and said they will call me, then they never did and because I noticed the time I call and in less than 10 min I had to be there but cuz it was 9pm the said they texted me and never did. I have been feeling terrible and I put my trust on them but once again they lie and fail at taking care of my health problems.
