Add an appointment for 1130 showed up a few minutes earlier waited till 11:40 AM only to be told by the nurse that my doctor cannot see me for another half an hour meanwhile, I have to do a physical and I have to get back to work but apparently, my time is not worth anything. My wife and I had a scheduled ultrasound appointment at Optum Radiology, and I was extremely disappointed by how we were treated. I was not permitted to accompany my wife into the ultrasound area, despite being her husband and wanting to support her during a medical appointment. I understand that facilities may have policies involving privacy, space, safety, or clinical workflow—but no one gave us a clear, respectful explanation or showed any understanding of how important it can be for a spouse to be present. Beware if you are renewing your license that you may be asked to read line 11 on the eye chart. Line 11 is 20/10 which means you can read letters at 20 feet away that a person with normal vision can read at 10 feet away. I've read on line the standard for the DMV is 20/40 or line 5! I was asked to read line 11, and failed the exam. Something fishy is going on at the DMV.
