Beware if you are renewing your license that you may be asked to read line 11 on the eye chart. Line 11 is 20/10 which means you can read letters at 20 feet away that a person with normal vision can read at 10 feet away. I've read on line the standard for the DMV is 20/40 or line 5! I was asked to read line 11, and failed the exam. Something fishy is going on at the DMV.
Optum is excellent. Most of the specialties are all in that building so you can see a doctor and a specialist all on the same day and maybe even get an x-ray. The new insurance regulations are a little bit tough to get through but just stay persistent
Our doctor of a decade, her RN, Endo M.D. Murari, our cardio & most at Optum in NY are fabulous. We WERE Caremount Medical & locally owned/operated. Now Optum has screwed the pooch & we cannot call our docs, hit 0, reach a human, or be transferred to our Docs' teams any longer. Called Optum HQ in MN, was transfered to NY Patient Advocacy & some chick-let hung up because I asked for a supervisor. Called back to Health CEO Krista Nelson & got the fab Chris.
