You can’t get them on the phone. When you get them on the phone they still make you waste your time. The phone system doesn’t work. You need referrals for any little thing. This is unacceptable.
Gave zero stars because it took me about a week to make an appointment because they had the phone on a machine then after I take a day off from work for an appointment booked they couldn’t find me on their paperwork. But they offered no apology instead were offended and had no Customer Service skills .
Worst customer service ever. They just don't answer the phone.
Por segunda vez me quejo por la excesiva espera a que son sometidos los pacientes de esta clínica. No tienen un schedule escalonado y los hacen esperar hasta más de 4 horas. Mi mamá, Ofelia Cruz, tiene 93 años y podría sufrir cualquier episodio ocasionado por esta espera, de lo cual los responsabilizaría eventualmente pues estoy registrando estos eventos, además de quejarme por teléfono y por esta vía.
