Worst experience ever! I used CareMaster as I was caring for my adult son with Grade 3 brain cancer. Aides were not nurses & lacked medical training & experience. They were late all the time. I had to schedule care around the aides personal schedules & not when I needed them. On 3 seperate occassions he fell requiring an ambulance to be called on 2 of those occassions.
