reat front staff, very friendly and clear communication. Good prep material and clear explanation. The equipment I received seemed faulty. The button to press to power on the unit didn't work, unless I pressed ridiculously hard on the button, literally using two hands to squeeze it as hard as I could. Then the battery on the unit died during the night, so I wasn't sure that the whole exercise was worth it.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The whole team at Careica has been a dream to work with and helped navigate a complex situation with ease. Definitely recommend to others.
