Poor work environment cause coworker thinks she is boss over everything and brings child to work at clients house without company's knowledge. Management not helpful in resolving issues and know idea of work schedules between employees. Very unsuitable for client well-being.
****** ****** has lied, manipulated, stolen from and taken advantage of a family member with dementia. This woman has stolen hundreds of dollars of property from within the house and has been insubordinate and refused to listen to the power of attorney for this family. Do not use this company. Do not trust the people they hire.
The woman they sent to care for my hearing impaired, elderly mother had a police rap sheet as long as your arm. She stole our jewelry, tools, medications and food. Beware.....the agency took absolutely zero responsibility. I spent days going to pawn shops looking for my jewelry and beloved heirlooms. They do not screen their applicants and their contract says the employee is an independent contractor. That's how the agency skirts responsibility for any theft or damage.
