We have used this service for two years. The service has deteriorated horribly in this time. The employee's in the office don't have a clue what aide is going where. They are rude and and confused. The aides are lazy And they lie about what they have done. We were going to find another service but before we did we had to put Dad in a nursing home. If you use this service be very attentive to your loved one. Make sure they ate getting the care they need.
The 3 people I spoke to were very rude and they lack communication with the patient. They make schedules without verifying it with the patients. Im a new patient and not impressed with this company at all so far and would not recommend
