CaregiversAmerica, Wyomissing, PA: Linda A. in the office is very kind & listens well to my concerns. However, the actual caregivers have been disappointing. They seem to be 'perfect' when they start; then, they lapse into being on their phones incessantly & not wanting to do the things to help that they agreed to do & that are a part of the job. Perhaps this is true of all caregivers in Berkes Co???? It is quite sad.... & frustrating. Do better, caregivers!
