I do NOT recommend Carefree Window Wear as the company for shutters as I have recently had a very negative experience with the co-owners, Richard and Mechalina Helton from Salinas. 1. I asked them to bring booties to wear due to the lightness of our new carpet. They forgot them and had to walk back to their vehicle to get them. Both Richard and Mechalina Helton had a sour attitude about being asked to wear booties which exhibits poor professionalism on their part. 2.
