This has been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences I’ve had with any company. Carefree Boat Club misrepresented our contract just to get us to sign up. The former membership director told us exactly what we wanted to hear—promises that were never reflected in the final agreement. This black guy with blue shirt, and bearded who works here is very very rude. I wanted to ask him a question and he said he has no time for me then he changed his mind and said okay ask me then when I asked him the question he said rudely said I don’t know and turned his back and walked away like a coward does showing his back
I’m a member from another location, this was a great trip. Everyone was great at the dock and everything on the boat worked.
very questionable customer service with Brian Cox Asked 3 times to see Woodbridge location, received no answers for two weeks , then ignoring my messages , When ask if there is another rep to work with - my request met with disconnect.
The boat club and the dock staff are great. I am always able to reserve a boat when needed. There are locations galore so the reciprocal reservations are awesome! I just wish the club would shorten the time they shut down for the winter months. Weather was amazing this winter and I could of boating all winter.
