They just straight up lie. Our boat stalled only 30 minutes in to the ride and facetimed the team to help. We did everything that they asked us to do and even showed the exactly what we were doing. The members working for CareFree after seeing what we tried deemed that the boat stalling and cutting off suddenly was not a user error and that we needed to call a tow boat and 100% Carefree Boat Club would cover that tow.
