I am writing this review because I have just gotten off the phone with a very rude receptionist at Lebanon, Ohio’s Urgent care on Colombia avenue. I spoke to Mary and explained to her that I had a covid test and the doctor had instructed me to call today if I had not received my results through email. She refused to look for me and would not even take my name.
