I was sick in November and visited the facility near Publix on a Sunday morning......and I was one of many there at 9 a.m. The process moved professionally and quickly with the number in the waiting room. I was examined and checked out and prescribed medicine...….Days later received a call to see if I needed a followup. I would recommend the urgent care facility.....and it did not take four or five hours.
A little slow but great service. Ms. Morgan was great with my granddaughter. She give her the information raw! Great staff!
Staff is great. However don’t bother with making an appointment as they don’t even take them Into consideration. Had an appointment showed up 5 minutes early and still had to wait over an hour to be moved to an exam room.
When I bring my child in concerned about heat exhaustion bordering on heat stroke, testing her for strep is not the thing to do. Then being told they want to check her for flu because if it is a heat related issue that they cannot do anything isn’t the thing to do.
**Beware** I went into their office and checked in at 7:10. The visit was fine and took all of maybe 15 minutes. They double billed my insurance because I came in "after hours" and it costed my HRA dollars over $130 and I had paid $25 in cash, which they say they are refunding. They will stack all of the charges they can just to get more from your insurance or your HRA dollars in my case.
I'm in a wheelchair with MS and cannot transfer from chair to car a lot, I called the Clinic and explained , my problems were not life threatening, however They came out to my car to do vitals and Kyle the PA came out examined me . They were the nicest people and they will never know how much my husband and I appreciate them.
