I brought my little girl to the Griffin location. . Not only was the staff kind on the phone, but every one of them delivered kindness from the moment we walked in the door. Other doctor’s offices need to take notes from Care Connect in Griffin. Absolutely kind, efficient and, most importantly, took care of my little girl. Thank you!!!

They were great with Nolan. They just told us it would be 15 minutes before they would be back in the room it was an hour. He was diagnosed with strap he was very irritant waiting in the room it was hot. Thankfully we got in because there was a lobby full of people when we left. Sorry I would imagine they were pretty busy but they were very nice staff.
Was suffering from severe toothache. Couldn’t get into dentist early enough. Called earlier and got exact amount of visit. Came in and was seen within 20-30 minutes, prescription sent over and was ready within 2 hours. Great staff! Great communication and very welcoming! 100% recommend.
