I see negative reviews on here about people not receiving there cpap machine but that’s not Carecentrix fault care centrix employee was so helpful I appreciate it she was so nice the billing department has great workers
A company that seems to be sent straight from hell to suck the money out of innocent people. Bought CPAP parts because were were told insurance could cover it. Insurance did not and we had our bill sent to us from CareCentrix. Had a multi month dispute with them because the charges on the bill they sent us did not match what they charged our insurance and NO ONE at the customer service phone line would tell us that was the issue and why were were getting billed multiple times. Utterly the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as billing goes. These people billed me $17.46 for an item that was never ordered, never shipped, never received. Yet after pointing this out multiple times to both aerocare and carecentrix, we are still being threatened with collections over this mistake, and no matter how many times aerocare and carecentrix claim to have fixed it, it is ALL LIES. Got a nubilizer from our sons pediatrician and these guys charged me 135$, the same machine costs 44$ in amazon. I will talk to the doctor in our next visit. Its a complete rip off.
