I have had such a good experience with Care 4 Us so far. I am not the best at remembering my appointments yet when I realize I missed it, they have no problem scheduling me in somewhere. They have a tiny office but I do most of my check-ins over the phone. Very polite and understanding people

I worked with KC for a couple years, and I constantly had problems. She would wait days to fill rxs, then give me a partial refill. She NEVER returned phone calls, even when it was a crisis situation. She would cut me off Rxs, (leading to dangerous withdrawals at times,) and insist I wasn’t taking them correctly. Anything she did wrong, or overlooked, was always MY fault. John job does not care if you get your medication on time. due to him not filling my medication for a full month(antidepressant) I now have to get my prescription every-time for 18 tablets and 12 tablets. This required me to call my insurance mutiple times and pay out of pocket for a month to go back to normal. He has no empathy and takes 2 weeks to just do your prior authorization. avoid him.

I saw one review stating John Job's ineptitude. I just think he's terrible. Their service has helped me a lot, but when it comes down to it, John Job is constantly confused as to the nature of my issues, I'm bipolar, and right at this moment especially, I need to take medication that he mysteriously did not call into my pharmacy after affirming he would do so. Also, as a side note, he's listed as "Dr. John Job, nurse practitioner", which is not possible. One human at one time in this country is either one or the other at one... read more
