Worst experience ever. I came in to get treated after an on-the-job injury, and they believed I have a minor concussion. Instead of trying to get me to the emergency room quickly, they sat there in my room and was VERY rude and unprofessional with me, while my mother was in the room, all because I didn’t “give enough urine” and I couldn’t urinate again. I can take care of all of my health concerns here. They are quick and thourough. The NP even called to check on me the next day!
I had an appointment at 2:30. After the normal 15 minute wait, still haven't been seen!>:(
Receptionist was hateful. Wait times are ridiculous. Came in for a pre employment drug screen and no one seems to know what they are doing. Not rocket science people!!
