If you want a Dr's office that only cares about money and has no "care" for there patients this is the place for you. I am now 40 minutes late for my appointment because they couldn't figure out how to work care credit and refused to let me see the dr while they figured out how to work it. Over $45. This place has been the worst pain dr experience I've ever had. Dr Souffrant has been my pain management doctor in 2 separate rehabilitation hospitals and as an outpatient following discharge. He is a thoroughly knowledgeable specialist who treats patients with respect. Wonderful staff as well.

I've been to his office for the past 3yr, Dr.Souffrant is a great dr.But ever since his sister joined his practice the practice has been going downhill! the change of medical assistant/front desk is extreme. the girls that used to work there the first year or year and a half knew what they were doing. at your reminder call the girls used to tell you if you owe the bill or not or coinsurance or when you're checking in the front for your visit the girls will tell you that you all about it never heard of the office that doesn't... read more

I started going to this office and the doctor is wonderful and the staff is also. I would refer this office to anyone who has pain. The doctor is caring and listens to your complaints and never rushes. When he is speaking to you.
