I am a new private pay client with Care Solutions. No one showed to work tonight. I called the service number but no one will call me back. This is totally unacceptable for any sitter service. Kay I filed a verbal complaint with DHH They were appalled At the number of transgressions and violations. This should have never happened if you had taken care of Pat in a professional manner. I am seeking Compensation for lack of service and neglect.
