Seeing the 5 star reviews definitely baffles me :-/ the ER was not any worse than the ones in corpus but the hospital, sheesh.. make the drive to Portland. Since this review, my mother (who lived in AP) was taken by ambulance to the intensive care unit of this hospital. She was with a nurse and in too bad of shape to contest.. anyhow, after she was released into the main hospital, a nurse told my sister she was "playing possum" and sent her home. 2 days later she was admitted to spohn and passed away 4 days later. The E R Drs & nurse was great, the wound care/ physical therapist was great, the night nurses were very good, most of the day nurses were poor, the didn't want to do anything, all they want to do was hang your IV bags, & that was that. They didn't want to deal w/ any of your personal needs, but had plenty of time to sit & BS @ the nurses station. Cleanliness & housekeeping was almost nonexistent, very poor.
Hospital is a joke my wife is there now with my 5 year old girl that woke up with a fever of 102.9 and climbing they got there at 12:37 and still have not been seen wife asked lady at desk if they can at leave check temperature lady said mummy let me see WTF shit is that she is 5 years old
Today was my first experience with crmc. I took my baby in. And I must say I was very happy with how it went. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I believe our nurse's name was Melissa, she was wonderful!!
It's like a wonderful family!! Very excellent staff.
We were there for 12 hours but the staff was awesome helpful and friendly
When you have an emergency and your in this area, go here. They make sure you get out of pain fast. Nice people.
