Staff was so rude!!! A nurse came into the triage room to ask the triage nurse what she wanted to eat from Sonic....the nurse was to be getting my daughter taken care of but she stopped to write down her dinner order because the other nurse said "if we don't get it now we won't get to eat!!" Last I checked as me being a nurse myself PATIENTS COME FIRST!!!! They treated my daughter like she had nothing wrong with her!!!! They didn't even have a blanket to give her to keep her warm!!! My insurance company covers colonoscopys at 100%. However, Care Regional facilitated the use of both a pathologist & an anesthesiologist who were out of network for United Healthcare. Right now, my out of pocket, out of network bill is over $4,000. Why?
I came to CRMC Tuesday night with a knee injury. The care I received was second to none. Thank you to all the staff.
Almost 57 years old and I just had the FIRST Sever Allergic Reaction in my life. I got to the hospital and I was headed into shock. anaphylacticI was scared to death, as nothing like this had ever happened to me. The Staff took me straight to the back where it seemed like for the moment, I was the most important person in their lives. They were fantastic in how at first they worked to calm me down and explain what was happening to me. They saved my life and I am very grateful that they did. God Bless them all.
I live in Rockport and my advice to those in Rockport/Fulton is don't stop, don't delay, go straight to this ER! They were fast, thorough and compassionate. The wound specialist, Chris and his colleagues are fantastic.
I was there from Tuesday until Thursday and everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. They took very good care of me. Just wanna say thank you guys very much for your concern and in the care for me to make me feel better. Your staff on all shifts were great. Once again thanks to everyone.
My husband had a day surgery and the staff was EXCELLENT. To be a nurse and not have to pull the "I'm a nurse" card was fantastic. I just got to be supportive wife and feel at ease that the nurses were competent and doing their best.
