Called to be seen at 5:45 and was told they closed at 6:00 and took their last patient at 5:00 to go to the ER. What’s the point of being open until 6:00 if you are going to stop taking patients at 5:00.

Since Dr. Burnes and Dr. Newlin are now gone from here, there is nothing positive I can say about this place. I went today to ask for help with my diabetes and a painful stomach matter, and left in tears. Dr. Kleeman berated me, insulted me, and treated me like a child.
